Okay, I have to admit that I’ve been doing penis exercises on/off for the last 20 years. I don’t know what it is but it just feels good to train my body in a wide range of ways.
I first got into Jelqing after reading about it on PEGym (R.I.P.) and have been hooked ever since.
I joined the PenisHealth (another R.I.P.) program after a few years before I started developing my own penis exercise routine.
All the old guides were text and image-based which was hard to follow and the quality of images and gifs was terrible.
I randomly stumbled upon the Phalogenics Traction program a few years ago and decided to give it a shot. Not really to learn much but to see how the different penis exercise programs have matured in the golden age of high-quality video.
Let’s Talk About the Price
The advertised price is $149 which is way more than I would recommend anybody spending on a penis exercise program. It is however often discounted to $99 and you might be lucky to find it even cheaper.
I don’t remember the exact price that I paid for PenisHealth all those years ago but it was around $70-80. This was for text and image only and I know video is a much more demanding media that requires more money to produce so I guess $99 is a fair price, but NOT $149.
What Do You Get?
You get instant access to their entire written guide which includes high-quality images. You also get instant access to their video version of the guide which is very helpful for beginners.
The program is designed to be followed in a certain order which I would recommend you do.
The videos are well-made and the instructor talks clearly so it’s easy to follow.
I would love to share some images or video clips but I’m unfortunately not allowed to.
Expect 15% Longer Penis
I know they promise an extra 2-4 inches in a few months, but that’s not going to happen. You could get 2 inches extra if you keep performing the exercises for more than a year but your results will plateau at some point.
Phalogenics traction results after 6 months:

It’s always easier to increase your penis length compared to your penis girth, but you will see some nice girth gains.

What I Like and Don’t Like About Phalogenics
Pros:
- Simple and easy-to-follow video instructions.
- The quality is way better than the programs I used in the past.
- Great if combined with a penis extender.
- You can get the routine down to 6 minutes a day.
- Instant access means you can get going the second you purchase it.
- The money-back guarantee is really good.
Cons:
- I know it’s a short time each day, but it’s still a hassle to do the exercises every single day.
- You’re automatically signed up to “Advanced Sexual Mastery” when you buy the Phalogenics program. (Remember to cancel it at any time you like. The first 14 days are free)
- Their marketing is a bit over the top and they overestimate how much you can gain.
How Does it Compare to Making Your Own Program?
I got to be honest with you – The only reason why I decided to make my own penis exercise routine was because of all the experience I already had.
It’s not something I would recommend if you’re new to penis exercises or have tried a few different techniques.
The advantage of the Phalogenics exercise program is that is developed based on tests to make it as effective as possible.
You also get clear instructions so you can perform the exercises correctly and avoid bad exercise form.
You’re not going to get any of that if you’re just following random guides online.
My Final Thoughts About the Phalogenics Traction Program
I was positively surprised at how far the penis exercise programs have become compared to the old-style written guides with a few low-quality images.
I’m not a huge fan of the price but they run different promotions from time to time and I would highly recommend waiting for one of them before making a purchase.
And please remember to cancel the “Advanced Sexual Mastery” before the 2-week free trial ends.
Overall, a great program that’s easy to follow and you should be able to see results in as little as a few weeks.
